Predict machine failure before it happens. No need to wait for the line to stop first.

If any of this sounds familiar
- A motor's failure is only discovered once the line has already stopped — no time to plan a repair
- Maintenance runs on a fixed schedule, even though some machines have no problem yet and others have a problem but aren't due for service
- No data telling you in advance which machine is most at risk of breaking
- Spare parts aren't ready because there's no way to know in advance when they'll be needed
How the system works
Attach vibration and sound sensors
Vibration sensors and microphones are mounted at key points on motors or high-risk machines.
Learn the normal sound pattern
The system collects sound and vibration data while the machine runs normally, to use as a baseline.
Alert before it actually fails
When the pattern starts drifting from normal, the system alerts the maintenance team in advance so they can plan before the machine actually stops.

Alerts are sent into your existing CMMS or MES via API or MQTT, automatically creating a work order without manual re-entry.
Frequently asked questions
What this system cannot do
- We don't yet have advance-warning-time figures confirmed across multiple projects, since this is still in pilot — the numbers will get more accurate as data accumulates.
- It can't detect sudden damage with no advance warning signal, such as accidents or external damage.
- The early period after installation may produce inaccurate alerts (false alarms) until the system has learned that machine's normal sound pattern well enough.
