Inspect quality with a camera. Catch defects on the line in real time.

  • 100%Processed on your own site
  • 34Processing speed on Jetson Orin Nano
  • 24hrsRuns continuously — no breaks like a human inspector

If any of this sounds familiar

  • Defects reach the customer because inspectors get tired on the night shift
  • Different inspectors apply different standards, so some defects slip through on some shifts
  • High staff turnover means retraining new inspectors constantly
  • No accurate defect statistics because everything is logged by hand

How the system works

  1. Mount a camera above the inspection point

An industrial camera is installed above where parts pass by — no need to stop the production line during install.

  2. Train the model on real samples

Photograph good and defective parts from your own line. The system learns the standard your line actually uses.

  3. Detect and alert instantly

Defective parts are flagged or sorted the moment they're detected — no one has to walk the line to check.

Frequently asked questions

What this system cannot do

  • It can't detect a defect type it has never seen without at least some real examples to learn from — you need a baseline of real defect data before training starts.
  • It doesn't handle sudden, extreme lighting changes without recalibration, such as direct sunlight at certain times of day.
  • It doesn't replace safety or quality regulations that require a responsible person to sign off. The system is an inspection aid, not the final decision-maker.
