Additional cautions
A system installed in a hospital has to be completely network-separated from the medical-records system, and has to log who accessed which document and when — the first thing hospital IT will ask about.
Old paper documents with poor scan quality have to be triaged first. We do that during the assessment, not after the contract is signed.
