How the system works
Survey the machine on-site
We check what electrical or mechanical signal the machine already gives off that data can be pulled from — status lights, motor sound, or vibration.
Attach add-on sensors
External sensors that don't require modifying the machine itself, such as current clamps or magnetic vibration sensors.
Turn it into readable data
Data is sent via Modbus or MQTT into a central system, showing machine status in real time.

What this system cannot do
- A machine with no electrical or mechanical signal to detect at all can't be read — there needs to be at least one physical connection point.
- We don't yet have accuracy figures measured from a real customer project, since this is still in internal testing — we'll update this once pilot data is available.
- It doesn't control the machine directly — it only reads and reports data. Control still runs through your existing systems.
