Business structure

CerebraTech AI is operated by an individual and is not yet registered as a company. Legal liability therefore falls directly on the operator. Customers should factor this in, especially for high-value projects or those involving sensitive data — for projects like these, we recommend a separate contract and additional security arrangements.

Scope of work

Specified in each project's quotation. Anything not in the quotation is considered out of scope.

Payment

Split into three installments as specified on the pricing page. The assessment fee is fully credited if you continue with us.

Warranty

The system's performance is warrantied for 1 year, measured against numeric success criteria agreed before work begins.

Ownership

Your data, any model trained on your data, and access rights to the system belong to you once payment is complete.

Limitation of liability

The system is a decision-support tool. It does not replace human review on matters that affect life safety.
