Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Cerebratechai provides refunds for services and products.

1. General Policy

Cerebratechai is committed to client satisfaction. We offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to finance@cerebratechai.com within the specified timeframe.

Refunds are processed within 30 business days of approval.

2. Service Refund Eligibility

**Kickstart Package:** Full refund available if requested within 7 days of initial consultation and before any work has commenced.

**POC Lab:** Refund available for the remaining balance if requested before 50% of deliverables are completed.

**Pilot Launch:** Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may apply based on work completed.

**Production Scale:** Custom terms outlined in the statement of work. Refunds subject to contract terms.

3. Non-refundable Items

Services already delivered and accepted by the client.

Third-party licenses, subscriptions, or tools procured on behalf of the client.

Training sessions or workshops already conducted.

Custom development work that has been completed and deployed.

Monthly maintenance and support fees after services have been rendered.

4. Cancellation Terms

Projects may be cancelled at any time with written notice.

Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date.

If a project is cancelled after 50% completion, no refund will be issued for the work performed.

Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Quality Guarantee

If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the statement of work, we will:

• Revise the work at no additional cost

• Provide alternative solutions

• Issue a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Quality concerns must be raised within 30 days of delivery.

6. Refund Process

Submit a refund request to finance@cerebratechai.com with:

• Project name and reference number

• Reason for refund request

• Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Our team will review your request within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

• The client has violated the Terms of Service

• The request is made outside the eligible timeframe

• Work has been substantially completed

• The client has failed to provide necessary cooperation or information

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review.

Disputes will be handled according to the Terms of Service.

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly.
